Out of State Trips for the 2007-2008 Season*

With the start of winter and the ski season rapidy approaching,
now is the time to sign up for one of our Out of State Trips!

Aspen - Gay Ski Week Jan. 13 - Jan 20, 2008 (SOLD OUT!!! contact us for wait list!!!)

Aspen, Colorado, has four world class resorts, incredible scenery, and a wonderfully preserved Victorian town.
This trip coincides with Aspen Gay and Lesbian Ski Week and all of its activities.

Aspen is celebrating more then 60 years since starting it’s first chairlift and more than a century of history,
it is undeniably a must-do winter destination, Four distinct mountains to choose from, each with its own character
and together more then 5000 acres of ski terrain.

Off the mountain activities are as commonplace as the outstanding alpine vistas: 
from shopping and snowshoeing to dogsledding and cross-country skiing, plus you have over 100 plus bars,
bistros, and restaurants; something for everyone of any culture.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel prior to the closing date of the trip, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel after the closing date of the trip, then there will be no refund unless the space is re-sold. If it is re-sold then only a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.

If quotas for the trips look like they will not be met, (to maintatin group rates), the trip may be cancelled.

Waiting list policy
We maintain a waiting list for all Mammoth trips. Members are not allowed to transfer or trade their spaces with anyone else. If you cannot make a trip, you need to cancel your spot. If the trip is sold-out, the next person on the waiting list will be offered the spot.

All prices are per person. All condos provide hot tubs and fireplaces to enjoy before and after your ski day.

Aspen Gay Ski Week - Ski and Snowboard Trip (SOLD OUT!!!)

January 13 to January 20, 2008 -- Sunday to Sunday

Tentative Flight Schedule:
DEPART: United -- UA6710 - 13 Jan - LAX/ASE -- 7:45AM / 10:55AM - Non-Stop Flight
RETURN: United -- UA6425 - 20 Jan - ASE/LAX -- 7:56 PM / 9:00 PM - Non-Stop Flight

Package price per person includes the following:

Round trip air from LAX to ASPEN and return (schedule above)
All airline taxes including fuel charges as know currently
Round trip ground transfers from Aspen airport to Lodging and return
Seven (7) nights Lodging – ALPENBLICK TOWNHOUSES or FASCHING HAUS
  (Both of these condos are the Gold Standard Category)
Five (5) day ski lift ticket (adult interchangeable at all four (4) ski areas.
 (Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk, and the Highlands)
Baggage handling at both lodging facilities

Pool and spa is shared by both Condos and check-in is at the Fasching Haus

Trip insurance, if desired will be $75.00. This is not included in the cost of this trip.
